As the friendly face of the 494 guest bedrooms, 6 Meeting and Events spaces, Illy Café and Florentine Restaurant and Bar at the stylish Park Plaza Waterloo London Hotel, you will lead by example, showing the rest of the team how to give our guests a memorable experience.

As our Assistant Food and Beverage Manager, you will receive:

We are looking for our Assistant Food and Beverage Manager, who:

  • Assists in managing day-to-day operations of the breakfast, M&E, restaurant, bar, and room service
  • Ensures smooth coordination between kitchen and service teams
  • Monitors inventory and orders supplies to maintain adequate stock levels
  • Handles guest inquiries and complaints, resolving issues promptly
  • Upholds health, safety, and sanitation standards
  • Assists with budgeting, cost control, and achieving revenue targets

  • Has previous experience as a Restaurant & Bar Manager or Assistant Food & Beverage Manager in a hotel
