Assistant Food and Beverage Manager

As the friendly face of the 299 guest bedrooms, 17 Meeting and Events spaces and VIC Restaurant and Bar at the stylish Park Plaza London Victoria Hotel, ideally located in the West End within walking distance of the Victoria London train station, the key role for you as our Assistant Food and Beverage Manager is to lead by example and show the rest of the team how to give our guests a memorable experience.

Responsibilities

  • Assists in managing day-to-day operations of the breakfast, M&E, restaurant, bar, and room service
  • Ensures smooth coordination between kitchen and service teams
  • Monitors inventory and orders supplies to maintain adequate stock levels
  • Handles guest inquiries and complaints, resolving issues promptly
  • Upholds health, safety, and sanitation standards
  • Assists with budgeting, cost control, and achieving revenue targets

Qualifications

  • Has previous experience as a Restaurant & Bar Manager, Assistant Meetings and Events Manager or Assistant Food & Beverage Manager in a hotel
