PPG is seeking a Field-Based Regional Store Operations Leader to drive sales and service across stores in Stevenage, Luton, Milton Keynes, Watford, Holloway, Romford, Edmonton and Barking.

You will coach Store Operations Managers, motivate teams and implement strategic plans to grow market share while maintaining compliant operations.

In this role you will manage P&L, optimise costs, oversee onboarding, and lead promotional activity.
