The opportunity

Lead the future of HR delivery across one of PPG's most diverse regions. As Regional HR Business Services Leader, EMEA, you will combine enterprise-scale HR service leadership with deep Employee and Labor Relations expertise to turn strategy into practical, measurable outcomes for our businesses, sites, employees and managers. You will lead HR Business Services across EMEA as a business-facing delivery and service-excellence organization. Working with HR Business Partners, Centers of Excellence and regional, country, site and plant leaders, you will connect workforce realities, labor frameworks and employee experience with business priorities. We work Onsite Monday to Thursday, four days per week. Candidates should live within a practical commuting distance of a PPG office or be open to relocation.

What you'll do

  • Lead efficient, scalable and customer-focused HR delivery across the employee lifecycle, balancing quality, speed, consistency, compliance and practical problem solving.
  • Act as the senior EMEA Employee and Labor Relations leader, advising regional and global leaders on workforce strategy, transformation, restructuring, footprint optimization and workforce flexibility.
  • Translate business and people priorities into clear regional and local implementation plans, with defined ownership, dependencies, readiness and governance.
  • Strengthen HR partnership at country, site and plant level, shaping solutions that are operationally workable and relevant to the business.
  • Drive service excellence and continuous improvement using performance data, stakeholder feedback, process redesign, digital tools and AI-enabled choices.
  • Lead, develop and evolve a high-performing HR Business Services organization with clear goals, accountability, capabilities and succession depth.

What you'll bring

  • Extensive progressive HR leadership experience, ideally 20+ years, with a broad HR generalist foundation and strong HR Business Partner experience.
  • Proven leadership of HR Business Services, HR Operations or an equivalent delivery organization at scale across multiple EMEA countries.
  • Deep Employee and Labor Relations expertise, including experience in complex, regulated and employee-represented environments.
  • Strong manufacturing, site or plant exposure and the business acumen to connect workforce choices with productivity, cost, risk and employee experience.
  • A track record of leading transformation, restructuring, organizational change and continuous improvement in a global matrix organization.
  • Strong judgment, executive influence and the ability to create practical, compliant paths forward in ambiguous or high-pressure situations.
  • Degree in Law, Human Resources, Business or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred.
