PPG in Hounslow is seeking a Store Operations Manager for Johnstone's Decorating Centre. You will lead from the front, drive and grow sales, and ensure operating standards meet excellence. You'll provide outstanding customer service and support in-store.
You will manage sales assistants, train colleagues, control costs with budget, maintain security and health and safety, and recruit as needed. This role is full-time and permanent, based in Hounslow.
