We are seeking a dynamic and experienced UK Fleet Operations Manager to lead and enhance our fleet operations for a company car and van fleet across all business units. You will be responsible for driving improved customer service levels, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and maximizing operational efficiency across all aspects of fleet management. This role requires close collaboration with UK & Ireland PPG business leaders, regional teams, and key business projects to drive commercial performance aligned with the safety, sales, margin, and cost control targets set by the organization.

Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the combined PPG UK & Ireland company car fleet and chair the UK car committee
- Collaborate with multiple business units, functions, and stakeholders to ensure seamless operations and compliance with regulations.
- Monitor and manage SLA delivery with third-party lease providers and supporting companies.
- Ensure legal and EHS compliance among the driver population
- Develop expert market insight and competitor benchmarks for company cars and commercial vehicles
- Manage costs and provide accurate dashboards and trackers to support informed decision-making.
- Lead the transformation of the fleet in alignment with PPG sustainability objectives.
Requirements
- Willingness to travel, including overnight stays.
- Good understanding of fleet policies, EHS, security, and HR legislation.
- Proficiency in BPI methodology.
- Degree level education or relevant experience.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and planning skills.
