PPG is dedicated to delivering innovative solutions that enhance customer experiences. We are looking for a creative and results-driven Content Marketing Specialist to join our team as a fixed-term maternity leave replacement and contribute to our content marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute content marketing strategies aligned with marketing objectives, focusing on engaging target audiences through various digital channels (social media, email, web, SEO).
- Create high-performing and visually compelling content (including videos and still images) for social media channels together with external agencies.
- Collaborate closely with the B2C Digital Marketing Manager and cross-functional teams to define content themes, and conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify content opportunities and trends.
- Create and manage a content calendar for timely delivery.
- Work in close collaboration with B2C Digital Marketing Manager to support customer journey development with relevant content.
- Monitor content performance, analyse data for insights, and stay updated on industry trends to drive innovation and optimize strategies.
- Manage the allocated budget efficiently, ensuring project delivery and tracking return on investment.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, International Business, or related field, with a minimum of 3 years of content marketing experience across digital platforms.
- Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to create compelling content in various formats and a good aesthetic sense for visually appealing designs.
- Excellent understanding of social media channels, their differences, potential and algorithms.
- Proven expertise in email marketing, including campaign creation, marketing automation, and performance analysis.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools (META, CMS, CRM/marketing automation, Canva etc.) and experience in performance tracking and reporting.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with a collaborative mindset and a passion for continuous improvement.
- Very good skills in spoken and written English.
- Work permit to Finland.
