Overview
In this role you will drive aerospace aftermarket and key account sales in Scandinavia, partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver high-performance packaging, coatings, and sealants solutions. You will manage complex sales cycles, lead technical engagements, and expand strategic customer relationships to meet revenue and margin targets. The position offers field-based autonomy with collaboration across marketing, supply chain, and R&D. You’ll operate as a trusted advisor, shaping value-based solutions for customers.
Responsibilities
- Develop and expand strategic relationships with aerospace Aftermarkets customers and main accounts
- Implement regional sales strategy to exceed revenue and margin targets
- Promote portfolio of high-performance packaging solutions, specialty chemicals, coatings, and sealants with value-based selling
- Lead complex technical sales processes including solution development, validation, and negotiations
- Deliver advanced technical presentations, product demonstrations, and training
- Be a trusted advisor to customers, collaborating with R&D and technical teams
- Manage accurate sales pipeline with disciplined CRM usage and forecasting
- Identify and secure new business opportunities including new programmes and market segments
- Represent the company at industry events to strengthen brand presence and market intelligence
- Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Legal, Credit, and Export Compliance
- Provide market intelligence and customer feedback to support strategic decisions
Key requirements
- Bachelor degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Aerospace Engineering, or related technical field (business degree acceptable with technical sales experience)
- Demonstrated experience in technical sales within aerospace, chemicals, or advanced manufacturing
- Experience achieving sales targets and managing complex, high-value accounts
- Experience with aerospace standards and processes (AS9100, NADCAP)
- Willingness to travel 50–70%
- Valid driver's license
- Fluency in English; additional European language (German, French) strongly preferred
