Join a global organisation in an exciting role. You will deliver comprehensive HR services at the local level, ensuring understanding of our strategic goals and compliance with local regulations. You will emphasise local service delivery, which accounts for 75% of the responsibilities, with a significant focus on the hire-to-retire process. You will report to the HR Business Services Country Leader. This is a Fixed Term Contract for 12 months.
Key Responsibilities- Local Service Delivery: 75%
- Ensure personnel files are up-to-date.
- Maintain HR related documents and policies for compliance.
- Collect and provide documentation for audits.
- Provide support during onboarding of new hires.
- Collaborate with Shared Services to update scripts.
- Educate managers and employees on self-service transactions.
- Prepare mass data clean-up.
- Administer compensation programs, including salary reviews and benefits.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Participate in HR process improvements and transformations.
- ER/LR:
- Document disciplinary actions and grievances.
- Prepare offboarding documents and ensure compliance.
- Gather documents for audits and maintain records of labor relations issues.
- Prepare materials for negotiations and document investigations.
- Strategic Business Unit (SBU) Strategy Implementation: 20%
- Support mid-year performance activities and preparation of PIP.
- Facilitate engagement survey result sharing and action planning.
- Support DEI education upon request.
- Local Initiatives: 5%
- Participate in local HR projects that support the business strategy.
- Collaborate with teams to guide HR projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3 or more years of experience in HR Advisor/Specialist roles in a plant or manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of local employment laws and regulations.
