As the Sales Performance & Incentive Manager of AC EMEA you will lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of sales incentive plans that align with our team goals and guide performance across our Architectural EMEA business. You will use market intelligence, sales data, and CRM systems to forecast targets, manage sales performance, and support commercial growth programs. Transforming insights into action will ensure our sales teams are equipped with organizational priorities. You will be reporting directly to the Commercial Excellence Director for AC EMEA. This is a remote position.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and manage global sales incentive plans that support business strategy and guide performance.
- Collaborate with Sales, HR, and Finance to ensure understanding and transparency across all compensation programs.
- Analyze market trends, performance, and sales data to develop forecasts and set meaningful sales goals.
- Create sales performance rollups to inform our decisions.
- Lead the annual target-setting process using market intelligence and commercial insights to develop individual growth goals.
- Assist in defining sales territories and assigning quotas to sales representatives. Maintain equitable distribution of accounts and quotas, monitor performance against targets, and make adjustments as necessary.
- Oversee CRM system use related to performance tracking and incentive eligibility.
- Ensure data accuracy and provide training and support to enhance CRM usage.
- Develop and deliver training programs to support understanding of sales incentive plans and use of commercial tools such as Power BI.
- Increase adoption of sales enablement tools to improve productivity and understanding.
- Partner with HR and Finance to administer and refine sales compensation models.
- Ensure incentive structures are transparent, and performance-aligned.
- Work with multiple teams and levels within the Strategic Team (SBU) and the broader organization to ensure consistency and increase results.
Qualifications / Prior Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in sales compensation, commercial operations, sales analytics, or related fields.
- Strong experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI).
- In-depth knowledge of sales technologies, commercial processes, incentive design, and workflow optimization.
- Proven experience managing complex projects, stakeholders, and cross-functional initiatives.
- Prior experience administering sales compensation plans and leading target-setting processes.
