Als een Proces Operator Resin volg je procedures en richtlijnen om eenvoudige en handmatige taken uit te voeren die onderdeel zijn van een groter productieproces. Er wordt gewerkt in 5-ploegendienst om de productie van harsen en coatings te realiseren. Het productieproces van resins kenmerkt zich door exotherme processen die plaatsvinden in 3 reactoren en 2 post-reactoren. De Procesoperator voert hoofdzakelijk productiewerkzaamheden uit met behulp van apparatuur van het productieproces.
Verantwoordelijkheden:
- Het controleren en bijsturen van de productie-installaties aan de hand van procesvoorschriften, recepturen en aanvullende instructies
- Het oplossen van eenvoudige (proces)technische storingen
- Het signaleren van kwaliteitsafwijkingen en het bijregelen van variabelen binnen regelgrenzen
- Het laden van materialen in productiemachines
- Het verzamelen en weggooien van (productie)afval en het volgen van het recyclingbeleid
- Het schoonmaken van productieapparatuur en het werkgebied
- Het verwijderen van verpakkingen en het sorteren van ruwe materialen of eindproducten
Profiel:
- Eerdere training en ervaring vereist, MBO/VAPRO B- werk- en denkniveau
- Heftruckcertificaat
- Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal in woord en geschrift
- Krachtvermogen, kwaliteitsbewustzijn, probleemoplossend vermogen, zelfstandigheid
