As an EMEA FP&A Reporting Manager, you will perform reporting and ad hoc analyses for long‑range planning and strategy development. You will also provide business insights support to increase the growth and profitability of the business. You will work with the Architectural LT Finance Team, Country Finance Managers and Analysts to ensure accuracy, understanding, standardization and consistency in reporting. You will report to the Global Finance Manager AC EMEA/AP. The role is a grade 21 and location is flexible within EMEA.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide AC EMEA/AP to ensure the Month End Process communicates high‑quality and business‑centric information.
- Prepare financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Communicate financial results and insights to senior management and other partners, including executive leadership.
- Close Business Alignments and Challenges across Market Units, Functional and Supply Chain.
- Guide forecasting processes, including the P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow.
- Play an active role in the AC EMEA IBP (Integrated Business Planning) process and in driving forecast accuracy improvement.
- Assist the FP&A Regional Team in developing relevant, accountable strategies.
- Provide financial data and insight for preparation of Strategic Review, profit plan and quarterly forecasts.
- Capture and analyze market, competitive, headcount and economic data to support strategy development, new product planning, segment/customer profitability and cost control actions.
- Evaluate and propose opportunities to improve working capital and cash flow.
- Support management reporting simplification and standardization across the regions, embracing new tools, new ways of working and best practice sharing.
- Prepare and send Daily Sales Reporting, global weekly report, and assist leadership team with Operating Committee and Global Leadership Team presentations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in finance, accounting, economics or similar required.
- 5 to 8 years of experience of ability to manage financials.
- Fluent English with excellent oral and written skills.
- Deliver parallel running projects demands.
- High skills in executive presentations, writing and report design.
- SAP or Oracle similar experience.
- Advanced Ms. Excel data management, PBI and analytical tools.
- Reporting systems: Hyperion, COGNOS, HFM.
