Requirements
- We need substantial hands‑on experience operating at a senior Business Analyst level.
- We need a track record in requirements elicitation, process mapping, stakeholder engagement, and producing high‑quality written outputs for executive review.
- We need experience within the pensions industry.
- We need confidence facilitating workshops, influencing senior stakeholders, and navigating ambiguity in a complex organisation.
- We would value experience working within Agile and/or PRINCE2 delivery frameworks.
- We would value advanced Microsoft 365 capability, including Excel, and ideally Power BI.
- We are looking for someone able to lead, support, and mentor other colleagues to help achieve successful delivery outcomes.
Responsibilities
- We define business needs, analyse processes and data, and develop clear, practical solutions that support our strategic change portfolio.
- We lead complex business analysis activity across cross‑functional projects and programmes.
- We work closely with senior stakeholders, delivery teams, and third‑party suppliers to understand priorities, challenge assumptions, and translate business needs into structured requirements.
- We support solution design, testing, process improvement, and benefits‑led delivery.
- We ensure outcomes are clearly understood and aligned to business objectives.
- We facilitate workshops and collaborate with stakeholders to shape and deliver change across the PPF.
- We mentor and support colleagues to help deliver successful outcomes.
