Requirements:
- Experience working closely with, or within, pension administration, customer services or contact centre environments.
- A track record of identifying and delivering service improvements.
- Ability to configure pension administration software or other business applications.
- Ability to interpret business needs and translate them into effective system solutions.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, including the ability to influence, persuade and challenge constructively.
- Excellent analytical and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong Microsoft Office and process mapping capabilities.
- Experience of analysing, documenting and improving processes.
- Ability to articulate business requirements and support system configuration.
Responsibilities:
- Support the effective operation, development and ongoing enhancement of our pension administration systems and member services applications.
- Work closely with operational teams, IT colleagues and external software providers to understand business challenges.
- Triage system issues and deliver system enhancements.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and functionality.
- Analyse business requirements and translate operational needs into system solutions.
- Support the configuration, testing and implementation of changes.
- Support system releases and manage environment controls.
- Maintain system stability.
- Keep stakeholders informed throughout the change lifecycle.
- Investigate complex issues, assess risks and recommend practical improvements that enhance efficiency, automation and customer experience.
