Through the PPF and Financial Assistance Scheme (FAS), we compensate members for their pensions after the employer funding their pension becomes insolvent. We work closely with government and industry partners to improve outcomes for scheme members, employers, and the broader pension system, playing a vital role in strengthening retirement security nationwide.
We are looking for a Process and Procedures Manager to lead the team responsible for the configuration, maintenance and continuous improvement of our pensions administration system, UPM by Civica, alongside the operational processes and procedures that support it. In this role, you will oversee the team's day-to-day workload, balancing operational issues, service requests, system and process changes, and continuous improvement activity, while also building the capability and performance of a team of technical specialists.
Working closely with stakeholders across the organisation and externally, you will ensure that work is prioritised effectively, risks and dependencies are proactively managed, and change is delivered in a controlled and structured way that maintains service stability, compliance and ongoing improvement.
You will bring demonstrable experience from a pensions administration, customer services or financial services environment, with a strong knowledge of pensions administration systems and how they are configured to support operational delivery. Experience of managing and developing a team is essential, including performance management, coaching and building capability, alongside the ability to assess, prioritise and balance operational demand with change activity to deliver the best outcomes.
