Our client is an established, performance-driven digital marketing agency specialising in Google Ads. They work with both national brands and growing SMEs, delivering measurable lead generation and revenue growth. Due to expansion within their SME division, they are hiring a high-activity Appointment Setter to generate qualified sales meetings with business owners.
The Role
- Making 70–120 outbound cold calls per day to SME business owners
- Identifying decision-makers
- Qualifying businesses running (or suitable for) Google Ads
- Booking qualified strategy calls into the sales calendar
- Following up consistently via phone and email
- Maintaining accurate CRM records
- Hitting weekly and monthly meeting targets
You will not be responsible for closing deals - your sole focus is generating high-quality appointments.
The Ideal Candidate
- Proven experience in outbound B2B telesales or cold calling
- Confidence speaking directly with business owners
- Experience working to daily dial targets
- Strong objection handling skills
- High resilience and self-motivation
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Experience selling marketing services, advertising, SaaS, or lead generation is highly advantageous.
