P&P is a trusted high-quality provider of hotel housekeeping cleaning services to many major hotel brands. Our aim is to provide and maintain cleaning standards whilst ensuring exceptional compliance with brand standards and delivery of a consistently high level of service.
Duties include:
- Supervise the activities of all housekeeping staff to ensure clean, attractive and well-maintained guest rooms, corridors and service areas according to the standards required by the hotel.
- Check each room daily on the assigned floor, to ensure it has been cleaned, laid out, supplied and presented to the hotel's required standard.
- Liaise promptly with Housekeeping Manager and reception regarding any room discrepancies and rooms ready for re-letting.
- Participate in and carry out various housekeeping inventories.
- Perform any related duties and special projects, which may be assigned by the Head Housekeeper.
Shift Pattern: Flexible hours between Monday and Sunday.
You must have:
- Housekeeping Supervisor experience needed.
- Willingness to work.
- Ability to work under pressure with strong organisational skills.
- Confident, professional and welcoming personality.
