P&P is a trusted high quality provider of hotel Housekeeping cleaning services to many major hotel brands. Our aim is to provide and maintain cleaning standards whilst ensuring exceptional compliance with brand standards and delivery of a consistently high level of service.

Duties:

  • Ensure the delivery of clean linen to designated areas in the hotel by specified deadlines.
  • Ensure the collection of soiled linen from designated areas in the hotel by specified deadlines.
  • Check all linen cupboards on a regular basis and ensure they are maintained in a tidy, organised manner and fully stocked.
  • Keep the service areas clean and tidy.
  • Wait for the linen delivery at the times specified by the hotel.
  • Bring all the dirty linen to the linen room, classify it and count it.
  • Return damaged linen ensuring it is accounted for by following the required procedure.
  • Pushing and pulling of linen trolleys throughout the hotel.
  • Assisting with guest requests or queries.
  • Following departmental procedures.
  • Liaising with team members, Supervisors, Managers and guests.
