My client is looking for Residential Support Workers – Children and Young People DIGNITY AT WORK: To show, at all times, a personal commitment to Looked after Children and treating all customers and colleagues in a fair and respectful way, which gives positive regard to peoples differences and individuality (for example, gender, gender identity, nationality or ethnic origin, disability, religion or belief, sexual orientation, age). PURPOSE: To provide a range of support to children and young people who are unable to live within their own family and require short term or long term residential care. To provide a safe and stimulating environment, ensuring high quality provision and maximising life chances of children looked after.
