Our leisure team works with national sports federations, operators and local authorities to deliver great spaces. The use of the right materials, thermal comfort, acoustics and lighting are key considerations in any successful building. Through cutting edge design and a vastly experienced team we have the expertise to incorporate the latest innovations to maximum effect.
Having secured a strong pipeline of new leisure projects across the country, we are looking to expand and support the team with an experienced Project Architect in our Altrincham Studio. This is an opportunity for someone with past sports leisure experience, strong organisational, client management and project running skills, and has a grasp on Sport England Design standards.
Key responsibilities:- Lead design and project delivery across all RIBA stages.
- Manage and collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Ensure programme milestones are met with confidence and clarity.
- Minimum five years’ post-qualification experience.
- Proven track record in leisure design and delivery.
- Excellent Revit and AutoCAD skills.
- Confident in client-facing roles and leading meetings.
- Ability to manage projects.
