We are seeking an experienced BIM Co-ordinator to support the practice's digital strategy and workflows.
You will support the practice and the BIM Lead in delivering and continuously developing its digital workflows, ensuring the effective management of project information and the production of accurate, coordinated and compliant 3D models throughout all project stages. The role will drive innovation, improve efficiency and enhance project performance through the adoption of best-practice digital processes and technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the implementation and continuous development of the practice's digital workflow and BIM strategy.
- Manage and coordinate project information and BIM models to ensure quality, accuracy and compliance throughout all project stages.
- Assist with the development, maintenance and promotion of BIM standards, protocols, templates and best practice across the practice.
- Coordinate and review federated Revit models, identifying and helping to resolve design and information clashes.
- Help manage and develop BIM content libraries, templates and digital resources to improve efficiency and consistency.
- Assist in the evaluation and implementation of new technologies, automation tools and innovative ways of working.
What We're Looking For
- Experience working in a BIM, Digital Delivery or BIM Coordinator role within the architecture or construction sector.
- Strong Revit skills and a good understanding of BIM standards, processes and model coordination.
- Knowledge of ISO 19650 principles, BIM Execution Plans and information management workflows.
- Experience managing federated models, coordinating project information and supporting multidisciplinary teams.
- An interest in emerging technologies, automation and digital innovation.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to support and train colleagues.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- A positive, problem-solving approach and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- The ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a collaborative team environment.
