We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly organized individual to work on our exceptionally busy reception and switchboard. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, creativity, and flexibility, and will be able to engage confidently with visitors, teachers, and students. A full induction and comprehensive training programme will be provided.
Responsibilities
- Answer and manage the multi‑line phone switchboard and general reception duties.
- Greet visitors, staff and students professionally.
