About Us
We’re a well-established, forward-thinking dental practice in Poynton, currently expanding to offer more advanced and special interest services. Our team includes clinicians with special interests in endodontics, periodontics, and dental implants, and we’re proud of our patient-focused approach and supportive environment.
As we grow, we’re looking for a motivated Apprentice Dental Nurse to join our team and start their journey toward a long-term career in dentistry.
The Role
This is a fantastic opportunity to train and qualify as a GDC-registered dental nurse, learning hands-on alongside experienced clinicians in a modern, well-equipped setting.
You will:
- Provide chairside assistance to dentists and specialists
- Learn about cross-infection control, compliance, and best practice procedures (HTM 01-05, CQC)
- Assist with maintaining surgery cleanliness and equipment sterilisation
- Support with patient care and help create a welcoming, calm environment
- Develop your knowledge of special interest treatments such as implants, endodontics, and periodontics
- Gain confidence, experience, and essential clinical skills as you work towards your qualification
Working Hours & Pay
- Monday to Friday – 8:30am to 6:00pm
- Weekend work may occasionally be required for pre-booked private cosmetic or implant procedures
- Wage: Apprenticeship rate (in line with government guidelines)
- Full support provided for your training and coursework
