Overview
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic addition to the Patient Services team to assist in the efficient and accurate processing of WPAS information and hospital appointment booking.
You will be required to process referrals from receipt through to appointment booking using the partial booking WPAS function and adhering to waiting list guidelines and Health Records procedures. You will be patient focused with good communication and telephone skills, able to work under your own initiative as well as within a small team.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
