Job Overview
We\’re looking for an organised and proactive individual to join our dedicated team, ensuring individuals using our services receive consistent, high-quality support, every day of the week. This is a vital role where your ability to plan, prioritise, and communicate will directly support service delivery, contributing to the wellbeing and independence of those we work with.
Key Responsibilities
- Taking overall responsibility for the scheduling system, ensuring no service user is left without support.
- Managing and administering the Electronic Rostering system.
- Organising cover for sickness, annual leave, training, and emergencies.
- Supporting the delivery of a 7-day service, monitoring rotas to stay within budgeted hours.
- Liaising with Team Leaders and managers, especially where staff are assigned to individuals with complex needs.
- Maintaining accurate staff and service user records within the rostering system.
- Responding quickly and flexibly to staffing changes and service demands.
- Highly organised with excellent time management and problem‑solving skills.
- Confident using scheduling and/or rostering systems (training provided if needed).
- A strong communicator, able to work collaboratively with teams at all levels.
- Calm under pressure and able to adapt to changing priorities.
- Committed to high‑quality, person‑centred care.
Qualifications & Skills
Experience in health or social care settings, especially in a coordination or administrative capacity, is desirable but not essential. The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
