Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of nursing care to clients in a clinical setting and/or home environment.
- Lead a team of Band 2 staff or work independently, with no direct supervision of a qualified nurse for most of the shift.
- Carry out care and procedures within a community setting under the direction of a registered nurse, adhering to care plans.
- Provide excellent communication and maintain the highest standard of care for patients.
Qualifications and Requirements
- NVQ Level 3 qualified or equivalent in healthcare.
- Ability to maintain IT‑based information systems; computer skills beneficial.
- Mandatory ability to travel.
- Desirable: ability to speak Welsh; English and/or Welsh speakers welcome.
- Commitment to following policies and procedures as required.
