Flying start is a Welsh Government’s flag ship scheme for Early Years, it aims to provide the best start to children in Wales. We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our team, demonstrating a high standard of community development practice you will help to strengthen our partnerships and enhance services for families.
You will be part of a small team that will develop a shared vision for this community focused element of Flying Start provision, assessing and responding to the needs of flying start families in your area.
About you:
The post holder will understand and implement good communication strategies, to support positive community and stakeholder participation across the South of the County.
Working with partners and communities across South Powys you will ensure ease of access and maximise engagement to Flying Start and Family Support Services.
