Principal Responsibilities
- Uphold, and put into practice, the agreed vision and aims of the school;
- Promote pupils’ well-being at all times;
- Promote equal opportunities within a learning environment which is inclusive;
- Ensure a high standard of physical and emotional care for all pupils;
- Enhance pupils' moral, spiritual, social and cultural development in class and during school assemblies;
- Promote good behaviour, mutual respect and school rules;

- Implement all whole-school policies and procedures;
- Promote Welsh language development and pupils’ understanding of Wales, its heritage and culture;
- Report on the welfare, social and personal needs of individual pupils to the Headteacher.
