About the role: To assist in the provision of efficient and effective administrative support to operational and support teams within Adults Services. You will be required to provide office cover each week on a rota basis with remaining days worked from home.

Additional responsibilities include:
- Co-ordinate, attend and take notes/minutes of a range of meetings, which may include support to Adult Services in respect of the safeguarding agenda, produce and distribute minutes, as required.
- Maintain and update a range of electronic/manual information systems and assist with the collation of any statistical returns.
- Order stationery, publications and equipment in line with procurement policies and procedures.
- Undertake project work on a "task and finish" basis under the direction of the Supervisor.
- Liaise with other organisations including statutory, independent and voluntary agencies.
- Undertake reception and switchboard duties when required.
