Overview
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced social worker to support and supervise a small dynamic adult social care reviewing team. Flexible working with hybrid working from multiple bases including home.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Team Manager in managing the workflow of a small social care team, promoting effective assessment, care planning intervention and review for adults.
- Undertake reviews and assessments of cases independently with the ability to deal with complex situations.
- Manage and support staff
- Ensure strengths-based practice
- Deputise in the Team Manager\’s absence

Qualifications
- Qualified social worker
