Your responsibilities will be:
- Works under broad direction and laid down procedures.
- Responsible to the Headteacher or nominated representative for cleaning a given area to the required specification by the efficient use of the resources available.
- Responsible for the day to day opening/closing and security of the premises.
- To be an out of hours key holder for responding to emergency call outs and arranging opening and closing for contractors.
- Responsibility for others: The post has some impact on the wellbeing of individuals or groups (i.e. physical, mental, social and health & safety).
- Responsible for staff: The postholder has no (or limited) direct responsibility for other staff but may be expected to demonstrate tasks or advise/guide new employees, work experience or trainees.
