- To maintain and update a range of electronic/manual information systems and assist with the collation of any statistical returns.
- To co-ordinate, attend and take notes/minutes of a range of meetings, produce and distribute as required
- To liaise with other organisations including statutory, independent and voluntary agencies.
- To undertake work on a "task and finish" basis under the direction of the Supervisor.
- You must hold a Driving Licence.
- You must take pride in your work, be reliable, and willing to work as part of a team to get the job done.
- You must be committed to helping increase recycling in Powys.
- Flexible, positive, approachable and committed to making a difference to the local community we live in as the first point of contact for the service.
- Provide an efficient and effective administrative support service to operational and support teams.
- Able to follow instructions, work to deadlines in a fast paced environment.
