An exciting opportunity has arisen for a permanent full time Review Community Support Officer post in the Older Persons Teams Mid.
The Older Persons Teamwork with people over the age of 65 years and their carers, using a Collaborative & Strengths -based, Outcome focused model of practice. We are committed to the development of our teams and the facilitation of good quality supervision and learning opportunities. The localities that the Mid team cover are Knighton and Presteigne locality, Llandrindod and Rhayader locality, and Builth and Llanwrtyd locality. This is an ideal opportunity for individuals to gain experience of working in Adult Social Care. Induction will be provided, and training opportunities will be supported.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £30,024.00-£32,061.00 per year
