To support the Professional Lead Human Resources Management and Development, Senior Officers and the Organisation Design and Development team to achieve the objectives within the People Strategy to aid with supporting and maximising the performance and effectiveness of the workforce. You will have experience, ideally in leadership and management, that you can draw from in your delivery of engaging learning activities. You are enthusiastic and passionate about teaching, learning and developing individuals' skills through a range of training programmes and interventions. You are a proactive, tech‑savvy individual who can translate learning needs into engaging digital content. Additionally, you are confident leading groups in person.
