The predicted salary is between 30000 - 48000 £ per year.
To contribute to the delivery of the Shared Lives scheme in Powys by supporting and reviewing arrangements in line with the Regulation and Inspection of Social Care (Wales) Act 2016 and the Adult Placement Services (Service Providers and Responsible Individuals) (Wales) Regulations 2019.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ability to problem solve as well as manage and resolve conflict.
- Ability to work effectively on own initiative as well as part of a team.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, and proficient in IT systems.
- Able to build positive working relationships with carers, individuals, families, and professionals.
- Ability to manage and prioritise workload and work from a proactive stance.
- Understanding of legislative and policy frameworks such as Regulation and Inspection of Social Care (Wales) Act 2016 and Adult Placement Regulations (2019).
This position has a requirement for an Enhanced DBS Check.
