A key responsibility of this role is to support and maintain robust quality assurance processes and audit procedures across all Skills & Employment contracts, driving continuous improvement. You will ensure that all delivery partners understand and implement the quality and audit requirements of their respective contracts, in line with relevant guidance such as Individual Placement and Support (IPS) and the Supported Employment Quality Framework (SEQF). Additionally, you will monitor and support providers in meeting the standards of quality frameworks, including the Fidelity Assessment, ensuring the Connect to Work projects comply with the contract processes and regulations.

  • Work as the postholder for Powys County Council, acting as the accountable body for the programme.
