About the role: Powys Together is a community approach to working with children, young people and families, to improve opportunities, reduce disadvantage and support long‑term change to improve health and wellbeing. We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our team, demonstrating a high standard of community development and partnership working to strengthen work in the community and enhance opportunities and services for children, young people and families. You will be part of a small team that will develop a shared vision for this community‑focused approach, working in co‑production with the community and developing projects that address the needs of children, young people and families in south Powys.

- Experience of engaging with children, young people and families in the planning, development and delivery of projects

Salary: Grade 10 Point 27 to Point 29 £38,220 to £39,862 per annum pro rata £19.81 to £20.66 per hour
