Job description
There are three positions available
About the role
To support children aged 0–5 with identified Additional Learning Needs (ALN).
Working under guidance from the Early Years ALN Lead Officer and Specialist Teachers, the post holder will deliver targeted interventions, promote inclusive practice, and support children’s development across all areas of learning.

What you will do
- Assist in planning, preparing and delivering targeted interventions and learning activities.
- Support the implementation of Individual Development Plans (IDPs) and Additional Learning Provision (ALP).
- Adapt activities to meet individual needs and promote engagement, independence and progress.
- Monitor and record children’s responses to learning and contribute to assessment and review processes.
- Work with individual children or small groups to develop communication, social, emotional and development skills.
