Social Care Lawyer - To be responsible for Social Care law matters in regards to Childcare.

You will need to be skilled at providing concise and clear guidance, be well-organised and have the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
What you will do:
- 1.To undertake, provide and assist in the legal services provided to the Childrens
- 2.To represent the Council in legal and quasi legal proceedings in negotiations and generally in its relations with outside bodies and the public;
- 3. To appear on behalf of the Council in the Magistrates Court, County Court, High Court and Tribunals on matters as allocated by the Principal Solicitor;

The role of Lawyer - Social Care can be undertaken remotely with the expectation of visiting our main office in Llandrindod Wells to collaborate as a team and attend service meetings in person as and when required.
