We are seeking an inspiring and visionary Head of Additional Learning Needs (ALN), Inclusion, and Wellbeing to join Powys County Council\’s Senior Leadership Team.
In this role, you will lead strategic transformation across ALN, inclusion, safeguarding, and wellbeing strategies, helping to make a real and lasting difference for learners across Powys. You will work in close partnership with schools, communities, and stakeholders to deliver practical, impactful solutions that align with our shared priorities.
Your ability to motivate teams, build strong relationships, and communicate with clarity and purpose will be key to your success. You will work closely with senior leaders, elected members, and external partners to drive high performance, innovation, and continuous improvement.
