The successful candidate will be employed by Radnor Valley CP and shared with Gladestry Church in Wales Primary School, as outlined in the collaboration agreement. The post includes a 2 day a week teaching commitment, shared between the two schools.

Following a sustained period of stable, highly effective, successful leadership, the governors are seeking to appoint an exceptional Executive Headteacher to lead and inspire two thriving village schools, each with its unique character and close-knit rural community.
As Executive Headteacher, you will build on the excellent provision already in place and continue to inspire both schools toward greater achievements. Your leadership will nurture a strong, inclusive culture of learning, personal growth, and well-being, ensuring all learners reach their full potential.
The successful candidate must hold the NPQH qualification or be currently enrolled on, or working towards the NPQH program, for the position of acting headteacher.
