To provide a front line service in line with Powys council policies and procedures. Responsible for the cleaning of an area within a PCC premises. To provide the service to the standard laid down by the job specification. To provide a front line service in line with Powys Council policies and procedures. Responsibility for the day to day opening or closing & security of the establishment and be a key holder and respond to emergency call outs and arranged opening - closing for contractors/lettings. To be responsible for a team of cleaning staff. To be responsible for cleaning a given area to the required specification and carrying out building checks / duties as per local arrangements.

Ability to complete stock records, time sheets etc. Literacy and numeracy skills.
