Powys County Council is seeking a Foreman for Brecon Bulking Facility to oversee day-to-day operations, manage a small team and ensure safe, compliant work at the site in Brecon. You will assist the Site Supervisor and act as first point of contact in their absence, coordinating plant machinery, baling, sorting and site traffic.
The role requires hands-on leadership, strict safety practice, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities to meet NRW permits and regulatory guidance.
