About the role: An exciting opportunity has arisen to recruit an Assistant Finance Business Partner. This role is within our Management Accounting Team supporting the Council's services. The Council is undergoing a transformation to better serve residents, businesses, and visitors. Finance plays a key partner role in decision-making to enhance performance.
About you: Candidates should be AAT qualified (or studying at Level 4) or equivalent. Ability to work efficiently, proficiency in finance systems, and excellent communication skills are essential. Confidence in liaising with non-finance stakeholders is required. A Microsoft Excel test will be conducted during the interview. The role is based at County Hall, Llandrindod Wells, with flexible working arrangements including remote work and local office presence.
