About the role: This role is focussed on supporting users during and after their transition from legacy systems to the Arcus system, hosted in a Salesforce environment.
About you:
- The ability to learn and adapt quickly

What you will do:
- Provide 1st line support for Arcus
- Support the configuration of the system before go-live and then being a part of the continual service improvement of the product
- Build and maintain close working relationships with the service areas that use Arcus
- Provide support for or carry out configuration of: Workflows, reporting, templates, user security, system configuration
- Provide support for the project with regards to communication, administration or configuration
