The predicted salary is between 24000 - 28000 £ per year.

To assist in the provision of an efficient and effective administrative/finance support service to operational and support teams. Tasks will include, but are not limited to the points below:

  • To record, maintain and update confidential information on our case recording systems.
  • To co-ordinate, attend and take notes/minutes of a range of meetings, which may include support to Children's Social Services in respect of the safeguarding agenda, produce and distribute minutes, as required.
  • To administer the imprest system.
  • To process incoming and outgoing mail.
  • To undertake reception and switchboard duties as required.
  • To provide direct support to the Fostering service.

Competencies:

  • Competent to use Office IT packages.
  • Ability to take accurate notes/minutes.
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
  • Good organisational skills.
  • Good oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritise and meet deadlines.

This position has a requirement for a Standard DBS Check.
