  • Lead sprint planning, backlog refinement, and reviews to ensure delivery meets expectations.
  • Monitor performance using metrics, customer insights, and usage data to inform roadmap decisions.
  • Translate product strategy into actionable plans aligned with platform vision and customer needs.
  • Champion the voice of the customer, advocating for usability, reliability, and clarity.
  • Continuously improve team processes and product discovery practices.

What You’ll Bring

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in product ownership, product management, or a similar role within a SaaS environment.
  • Proven track record of delivering features end-to-end in an agile team.
  • Strong business analysis skills with a focus on uncovering the “why” behind customer needs.

  • Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and tools like Jira, Confluence, and Figma.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Curiosity, customer empathy, and a bias toward action.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Bonus Points For
