Powtoon is seeking a commercially minded Customer Success Manager to partner with strategic customers, drive measurable outcomes, and own retention and expansion across Mid‑Market and Enterprise accounts. This is not a traditional support‑led role, but a strategic, commercially accountable position working with Sales, Product, and Leadership to maximise customer value.

You will manage a portfolio of Enterprise and Mid‑Market customers, build relationships with senior stakeholders.
