What You’ll Do

  • Provide engaging 1:1 sessions, adapting your approach to each student’s needs.
  • Ensure a safe, secure learning environment by following safeguarding best practices.
  • Collaborate with parents, carers, and PowerTutors staff to tailor each session for success.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience working with SEND students (Qualified Teacher Status is a bonus but not required).
  • A genuine passion for education, patience, and an understanding of neurodiverse needs.
  • A reliable, compassionate approach to tutoring and student well-being.
  • An Enhanced DBS check (on the update service preferred) and eligibility to work in the UK (we can assist you in obtaining a DBS check if needed).
  • Commitment to consistency: our students depend on reliable support to thrive.
