We are currently seeking dedicated tutors to support learners with Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) who are unable to access mainstream education. These learners require structured, personalised tuition delivered in their homes, helping them to rebuild confidence, re-engage with learning and achieve positive outcomes.
We have several long-term placements available across the Medway area, with most learners requiring from 5 - 15 hours of tuition per week.
- Consistent weekly hours with long-term learners
- Competitive hourly rates of £25-£35 per hour
- Full learner and EHCP briefing before you begin
We're looking for tutors who:
- Specialise in Primary or Secondary Maths, English and/or Science
- Are reliable, professional and committed to long-term placements
- Hold an Enhanced DBS certificate (or are willing to obtain one)
- Live within reasonable travelling distance of ME2, ME3 or ME8
It's an opportunity to help learners overcome barriers to education and achieve success in a way that works for them. If you're passionate about supporting young people with additional needs and are looking for stable, rewarding work, we'd love to hear from you.
